Western Cape Education Department lists results access from 12 January 2027 at 10:00 SAST and a remark/recheck closing date of 25 January 2027. These are labelled Western Cape dates; confirm national and other provincial arrangements with the DBE or your province.

Umalusi says it will announce its decision on release of the 2026 results on 8 January 2027. This is the quality-assurance announcement, not a date for learners to collect results.

Collect your statement of results from your school or examination centre. Follow the DBE results service or the provincial channel linked by your department. Pass Papers ZA does not display personal results and will never ask for your ID number to check them.

A recheck checks that all questions were marked and totals were calculated correctly. A remark has the script marked again. Read the official application process, deadlines and fees for your province. Keep proof of submission. A change of marks is not guaranteed.
